1. Our Services

• Performances: Symphonic, chamber, solo, and Celtic music engagements for concerts, ceremonies, festivals, and private events.
• Bagpipes & Folk Music: Traditional and ceremonial repertoire for weddings, civic events, and cultural gatherings.
• Teaching & Workshops: Private lessons, masterclasses, and group workshops—available in-person or via remote delivery platforms.

2. Booking Terms

• Availability: Service scheduling is subject to existing performance and teaching commitments.
• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when date, time and fee are agreed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
• Deposits & Fees: Certain engagements require a deposit to secure the date. Final pricing and payment milestones will be provided during the booking process.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: Clients must provide written notice (email) at least [X] days prior to the scheduled service. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and incurred costs.
• Artist Cancellations: If Rosalind must cancel for illness or extraordinary circumstances, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule or propose a qualified substitute performer where feasible.

4. Use of Website Content & Intellectual Property

All text, images, recordings, logos, and other media on this Site are the property of Rosalind Buda or used under license. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Site content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Liability & Service Limitations

While we endeavor to deliver professional, high-quality services, Rosalind Buda and affiliated entities disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services or use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Services shall limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by applicable law.
